lol.. todae got maths lecture.. sian.. then after maths lecture went to play squash.. i juz eaten KFC before training start.. then hav to jump up and down..do jumping jack 150.. plus put ur hand out near waist line and using your thign to hit it.. wahz.. make mi feel so sick! after that hav some drills then each of the bois play 1 game wif the coach.. yay.. i lost to him 9-1 lolx.. win one point already is a honour.. lolx.. but then after winning one point.. the game started to end veri soon le.. maybe elated to win 1 point.. then anihow whack le.. :( nxt time i will improve to win at least 2 points!!! after playing wif coach.. the boys play among ourselves... lolx.. todae too mani injuries le.. keith aaron mi duc all get hit.. me is hit in the knees and head but incomparable to keith..
